Q: What time is your print deadline?
A: Submit your files by 10 AM Houston time (Central). We’ll confirm approval and pricing within 1 hour.
Q: What’s the best size for my campaign?
A: It depends on your goal. 8.5×11 is standard (most visible). 5×7 is budget-friendly. 4×6 works best for handing out or direct mail. Call 713-212-0247 and we’ll recommend based on what you’re trying to accomplish.
Q: What if I don’t have a print-ready file?
A: We offer graphic design services starting at $75–150/ hour (same-day available). Call 713-212-0247 to discuss your design needs.
Q: What’s the minimum order?
A: 250 flyers. Most clients order 500–2,500 for flexibility and better per-unit pricing.
Q: Can I pick up after 6 PM?
A: Yes. Please give us a call and we can arange something with you. We’re open Monday–Friday until 6 PM. Call 713-212-0247 if you need pickup after 6 PM.
Q: Do you ship same-day?
A: Yes. Orders approved by 10 AM can ship same-day via overnight courier. Shipping costs: +$35–50 depending on quantity and destination.
Q: Do you do tri-fold or accordion folds?
A: Yes. 4-panel accordion folds are standard on most sizes. Call for pricing.
Q: What file formats do you accept?
A: PDF (preferred), AI, PSD, EPS. Files must be CMYK color mode, 300 DPI, with 0.25″ bleed on all sides.
