Pronto Prints reserves the right to update or revise this Returns, Refunds & Reprint Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date above. By placing an order with Pronto Prints, you agree to be bound by the version of this policy in effect at the time your order is placed.

Quality Guarantee

Pronto Prints guarantees that all printed products will be produced in accordance with generally accepted commercial printing industry standards.

If you believe your order is defective or does not meet these standards, you must notify Pronto Prints in writing within one (1) business days of receiving or accepting your order. Notifications must be sent via email to sales@prontoprints.com and must include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. 

If we are not contacted within this timeframe, the order will be considered accepted as delivered, and no refund or reprint will be issued.


Review & Resolution Process

Once written notice is received, Pronto Prints will review the issue and determine whether a refund or reprint is appropriate within five (5) business days. Additional information, photos, or physical samples may be requested to complete the review. Failure to provide requested information within a reasonable time may void eligibility for a refund or reprint.

If an issue is confirmed to be a production defect or failure to meet industry standards, one of the following resolutions will be offered at Pronto Prints’ discretion:

  • A reprint of the original order, typically produced on a rush basis
    OR

  • A refund of the original purchase price

Pronto Prints reserves the right to request return of all or part of the original order and/or physical samples prior to authorizing any refund or reprint.


Returns & Refund Timing

If a return is required, the customer must ship the product back to the address provided within 15 calendar days of approval. Failure to return the product within this period may void the approved resolution.

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the returned product.

Reprints, when approved, will begin production within one (1) business day of final approval or receipt of returned materials, unless otherwise agreed.


Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pronto Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This policy represents Pronto Prints’ sole obligation and liability regarding defective or disputed orders.


Non-Refundable / Non-Reprintable Issues

Refunds or reprints will not be issued for the following:

  • Orders refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Orders lost, delayed, or returned due to carrier issues, acts of God, weather, labor disruptions, customs delays, or events beyond our control

  • Production or shipping delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer information

  • Color variation, color matching, or color shifts (including RGB to CMYK or Pantone conversions)

  • Errors in customer-supplied artwork, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, bleeds, margins, resolution, fonts, dielines, folds, crop marks, sizing, transparency, or overprint settings

  • Low-resolution, pixelated, or distorted prints caused by files not meeting minimum print standards (300 DPI at final size, CMYK color mode)

  • Orders that do not exactly match color or ink density expectations

  • Inability to write or print on a product unless explicitly stated in the product description

  • Duplicate orders placed in error by the customer

  • Orders canceled after production has begun

  • Time-sensitive or dated materials that arrive too late for intended use

  • Violations of Pronto Prints’ website terms or ordering policies

  • Shipping releases made by carriers without signature confirmation

  • Loss or corruption of data, files, or order history

  • Viruses or malicious code contained in customer-submitted files

  • Failure to notify customers of carrier delays or shipment issues


All fees related to graphic design services, expedited printing, or rush shipping are strictly non-refundable, including for orders that are returned for any reason.

Pronto Prints does not modify, correct, or proof customer files. All files are printed as submitted.
